Former Miss American Sweetheart, Durline Dunham Melanson, serves as the International Director of the American Pageant System. She was the 2015 Keynote Speaker in Canada for our Queen Annapolis Royal Annual Dinner. The gala event was sponsored by Fairway Insurance and catered by Paula Buxton of Leo's Café. Lovely Princess Annapolis Royal, Ashlee Apt, will represent the area at the 2015 Apple Blossom Leadership Competition. Queen Annapolisa, Caitlin Gregory, was also in attendance. Caitlin captured last year's crown as Princess Annapolis Royal. The delightful evening was coordinated by Ann Marie Monk and the Princess Committee. With generous donations from area merchants, a sold-out event and matching funds from Scotiabank, over $7,000 was raised for the leadership program.
